The flight did'nt get in till 11:30 pm because of a delay....the drive home is 40 min, and with getting the new puppy settled in I did not get to sleep till 1:30 am and had to be up at 7:00 for work and to get my son off to school
Do you think being over tired has anything to do with my ooogey feeling?

A mixed success.
I made it through Friday and Saturday with flying colors. Then yesterday at the airport coming home, the airline gave me a hard time with my dog and I flipped out angry...then I started having a panic attack. BP, pulse everything went through the roof. So I had to focus on my son and what he was reading and breath. I embarassed myself because I kep taking my blood pressure while we were waiting to get on the plane, but I did'nt really care because it made me feel better.
Today I am trying not to take it because my doc said its only going to make it worse and he suggested I start the Lexapro he recommended.
So Saturday, I walked aroudna crowded park with a friend at a Civil War event with loud compression noises and thousands of people. I was fine.
I guess, I dunno...yesterday was a cluster (*lol*) and now, I think I Have an ear infection from the lfight so I have to call the doc for a sick visit.
Why when you expect a Spring shower sometimes you get a hurricane? *lol*

Well I feel a little oogy today. MY monthly is coming over the next week, and I am hormonal for one. Then I was so anxious today, I had to talk my self down and relax. Days like this start out really wicked and it takes me a couple of hours to get to a good even place.
I dunno. Just venting.
I feel great now though, I guess still just a little anxious.

You said your Doc gave you lexapro?? That stuff is great...I used to have panic attacks so bd that I couldn't drive. Since I have been on the Lexapro (2 years now) I have not had one!! They work great and don't make you feel groggy like some of the other ones do. Try it you will feel like a whole new person
:) Good Luck :) Sue
