today started off with rain. i mean thunder andlightening and it was raining hard. clearly not a good day to go for blood work but it had to be done. my prolactin level is high and they checked my thyroid level this morning.and plus i did something stupid lastnight. I ate crawfish that was way to spicey and knowing I have IBS and IC my stomach didnt like that very much. andstill tired and achey and its worse with the IC pain today and kind of depressed today.
