  Sorry to hear/see that you are feeling bad today. If you ever just want to vent I'm a real good listener/reader. I don't know you that well because I'm new but I do know fibromyalgia?? hurts alot for some people. I wish you blessings today and smile. NO REALLY, even if you are just by yourself or in a group of people, I dont care, smile because when you do you get a flood of adrenaline or some chemical reaction in your body that you can feel and it helps. You cant be mad or sad and smiling at the same time. Even if you just give yourself this one minute today to stop and smile no matter what or just because you deserve it - just do it!! Take care, Joy

  I've been gone all weekend. Thanks for the hug. I understand only being able to take half because they make me sick to my stomach. The tramadol doesn't though when I only take 50mg. I'll keep checking in with you. I will say that after taking Lortabs for awhile years ago it seemed like they didn't help my pain any more and made me irritable which increases tension which increased my pain. That's just my story and I had to quit taking them because sometimes I got so grumpy I couldn't stand myself!! Hang in there!
