Pleased with myself that I went for a walk this morning, stood and watched the Anzac day parade for awhile. I think its far better that I at least get out of bed and do something positive for myself then do nothing at all.
Plus I feel good out in the fresh air and saying good morning to everyone else out pacing the streets. The beach was so pristine and quiet this morning, beautiful as always.
I'm hoping to increase my walking time, currently its 30 mins.

I am big on rewarding myself for even very small things I do or do right as on a bad day even these can be hard. Plus they all add up...:)
