16 Weeks pregnant, husband in Iraq for the second time...
Open Degenerative Disc Disease
After a car accident in May 2006, I developed DDD. 16 weeks pregnant, worried about future pain! No meds, lots of yoga has helped me!
Open Depression
Hx of Depression and Anxiety. Currently pregnant.
Treatments
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- Lamictal Not Working
- I had slurred speech on it--a very rare side effect. It was frightening!
- Lexapro Working / Worked
- Used historically. Good for GAD.
- Pets Working / Worked
- I've got three dogs...we call them "the babies". They keep me occupied and they love me, no matter what is going on in my head.
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- I'm taking a bit of a break. I'm tired of talking--I need to rely on myself more.
- Seroquel Not Working
- Never worked for me. I slept constantly.
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- Not taking now though.

- Breathing Exercises Working / Worked
- Deep breathing works for me.
- BuSpar Not Working
- Used a long time ago, made me feel like I was being shocked every hour.
- Klonopin Somewhat Helpful

- My wonder drug! Not on now, pregnant.
- Xanax Working / Worked
- a little helps me sleep. Not using now.
