Sometimes I wish I was my cat. Is that weird?
I am working full time and attempting to get my masters degree class by class. I need some help managing my stress, anxiety, and depression.
Reading (I love fantasy and sci fi!), spending time with my husband, spending time with my kitties, traveling, camping, hiking, kayaking, music... pajamas, herbal tea, comfortable shoes, red wine, perennials, cheese, crackers, and (green) olives.
I want to go to Bar Harbor now! ;-)

I have a general fear of social situations and attention. I have been dealing with it my whole life, but as I get more responsibility at work, it is becoming more that I can handle. I avoid having friends over and going out. I have very few close friends, certainly resulting from this anxiety. My husband has definitely been my biggest help and support and gets me out of the house. I am trying very hard not to have to take medication.
Runs in the family.
