I do believe what you said about time and healing. I have been married 26 years and have been his caregiver for several of those. I have been abused verbally and I hate to admit this but physically also. I am trying to heal myself by admitting it finally in order to continue on with my life and become a more positive person and learn to trust others again and find the self esteem I have lost and strength to continue into the future. Thank you so much for your input and allowing me to open up to someone.

Read my last journal entry...You will see what I am talking about. There is an island in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay. It is called Smith Island. There is a Bed and Breakfast on it. Smith Island is a waterman's community and it is a very unique place. Look into it because it was an amazing place to cruise to.

My Mom is an ameture photographer as well. She has been able to see some of the things that I have seen but she has never been out cruising and she is jealous of some of the things that I have captured. The Chesapeake Bay is an amazing area.

If you are a photographer check out some of the pics that I have in my profile. I don't take good photographs, I just get lucky to be in the right places...Then again it isn't hard to do that when you are out there.
