Fiance has served 1 year 4 months, has 5 years 6 months left. He was a head baseball coach and a student lied about him having sex with her. Although there was no proof his lawyer said it would be better to plea guilty than to go to trial. The judge gave him 7 years. He is not doing very well at all. He talks frequently of killing himself. He can't get medical help without going to a very dangerous state facility. I don't know what to do. It is tough on me and his family.

- Lexapro Working / Worked
- I have been on Lexapro for a little over two years. It helps, but it doesn't let you get too high or too low. Kind of keeps you in the middle. If you don't take it, your head gets dizzy and you feel nauseous.
