Close Diabetes Type 2
Doc jumped me pretty hard trying to give me a wake up call, but being why and a softie, it made me not wanna go to her, scared of her, and so I need to find some1 more in touch with me who I can feel safe with. Some1 who will encourage me.
Treatments
- Actos Somewhat Helpful
- not quite enough to do the trick
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- maybe 3 weeks back I started eating a lot better (like I should've all along)
- Metformin Working / Worked
- O!M!G! This made me sick. It di help a lot but after 24 months on this I finally asked my doc to switch meds. Way too disruptive to a normal life. I had to medicate myself b4 leaving home so I could handle the associated tummy troubles.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- treadmill or moderate walking
