About Me
I am a former Cardiology technician, divorced and mother of two grown (and out of the house, YEAH!) kids! I am not working in a "paying" job, but do extensive volunteer work for the MS Society and the MS Foundation. I have just started a support group for people with MS in the Baltimore County area. Keeps me very busy, but loving every minute of it!
Interests
Enjoying great times with family and friends. Love the beach, animals and great books!

Support Groups
Close Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Type: Relapsing-remitting MSI was diagnosed with MS in 1992. I have a son that was diganosed as well in 1/07! Since his diagnosis, I have taken a major role in MS. Iam currently starting a MS support group in our town. I feel a strong need to support the "fight" against MS. I hope others do as well!
Treatments
- Betaseron Working / Worked
- great til I became"immune" to it!
- Copaxone Working / Worked
- Currently on it now. No problems!
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- After severe MS attacks, PT always helps!
- Solumedrol Working / Worked
- "God sent" drug for MS!
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- Without "giving in" to MS, you can fight back with positive thoughts.
