      I'm doing pretty good. Could be doing better, but the weekend was just party after party, so I kinda cheated all weekend...lol!

      I have panic attacks, I am trying to learn the triggers and control them. I have just started with a therapist.

      Treatments

      Meditation Working / Worked
      I use meditation and breathing techniques that are working pretty good right now.
      Xanax Not Working
      Lowest dose makes me lathargic and unable to get thru my normal activities. I am going to discuss meds at next appointment.

    • Close High Blood Pressure

      Treatments

      Atenolol Not Working
      My allergies were too bad. Ended up with severe bronchitis.
      Benicar Not Working
      This drug worked too well controlling my blood pressure and I had kidney problems while on the meds.
      Diovan HCT Not Working
      Developed bruising that would not go away until I discontinued use.
      Lisinopril Not Working
      Developed chronic cough.
      Lisinopril/HCTZ Not Working
      Dehydrated alot and caused fainting.

    • Open Sleep Apnea

      I was just diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. I have been living with anxiety and panic attacks for quite sometime because I am terrified to lie in bed or go to sleep period. I am looking forward to improving my life from treatment.

    • Open Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)

      Treatments

      Metformin Considering
      I took this med for 3 days, lost 7 lbs. but had to discontinue due to blood pressure problems. Working with Dr. to determine if I should go back on it.
      Oral Contraceptives Not Working
      Discontinued due to risks factors.
