    I'll be 62 in September, and I've been a legal secretary since 1976. I'd like to retire from this profession this year, if possible. I've been married for 43 years and have 3 daughters, 7 grandchildren.

      I had a quadruple bypass in December 1999 and I did great at first, eating and walking properly, taking the meds I was supposed to take. I went back to work for a screaming attorney much too soon. Eventually I've stopped eating right and no exercise at all. I've been in the hospital twice for congestive heart failure since January 2007. I guess I'm just streesed out and burned out and need support and help.
