At my 1 month checkup with the doctor I have lost 30 POUNDS!!!!! Yeah! I am on my way

I had my 3 month check-up (sounds like I took my car to the garage) and everything looks good. I do have a spot on my left lung that they are going to keep and eye on, it has been there for awhile now. I dont go back until Dec.
