Close Interstitial Cystitis (IC)
i am a 20 year old recreation therapist who has been greatly affected by IC. I work in a high pace facility where i have to be on my game. i find the pain of IC to be unbelievable. I have been put on Elmiron, and have been told to take it for 3 months. I also need to watch my diet. What foods should I stay away from? And has any one been relieved of IC within 3 months of taking Elmiron?!
