Ok the level of pain decided to change tonight I went from a 3 this morning to a 7 tonight. I am exhausted, my neck, shoulders, arms ribs and back are killing me. I'm tired but I can't sleep yet, I'll wake up at 3 or 4 am and not be able to go back to sleep. I'm going to have a snack and watch som TV until I fall asleep. Hopefully tomorrow will bring a pain free day.
