About Me
i'm an avid outdoorsman. i love to have fun playing out side with my kids. i like to go out with friends, or stay at home and relaxing in front of the fireplace on a cold winter night. making new friends is fun for me.(a stranger is a friend you haven't met yet). i am very commpassionate person, and love to help anyone in need. i was granted two great gifts; big ears to listen and two dry shoulders for those who need a place to cry. my favorite saying is; if you don't have what you need use what you have. i am a wizard at improvizing and solving problem.
Interests
outdoor recreation, reading, philosaphy, ancient civilizations, studying nature and the wonderful gifts it gives. history. native american shamanism beliefs. my three dogs and my three rescue cats. meeting new people. i am learning to accept and deal with the medical issues i am cursed with.

Close Back Pain
i had 2003 a spinal fusion after finding out i had spinal cord damage. the pain is always there,but i have good days and bad.in 2006 i also have had a low back fusion in 2006. since then i have been diagnosed with muscular neropothy,osteo arthritis, and nerve damage on my right side.
Treatments
- Chiropractic Adjustment Working / Worked
- weekly adjustments sometimes help ease the pain.
Close Chronic Pain
i have had chronic pain since a spinal cord injury in 2003,after a spinal fusion the pain is still there. in 2006 i had to have a lumbar fusion, now i have muscular neuropathy,degentive disc diseas,tremors,and continueing pain.
Treatments
- Chiropractic Adjustment Somewhat Helpful
- help at times to relieve pain.
- Flexeril Somewhat Helpful
- at times but with naussea,and headaches.
- Heat Working / Worked
- some pain relief at times.
- Hydrocodone Somewhat Helpful
- i only take as a last resort. this med causes severe headaches. i may be allergic.
- Meditation Not Working
- Neurontin Somewhat Helpful
- it helps with some of the nerve pain.
Open Stress Management
after a spinal cord injury in 2003,and going thru a divorce at the time i am battle ready. every time i try to trust a human they screw me over. so fuck them! i want revenge!

- helps me sleep, but bad side affects.
