Hey, everybody... got caught up in loving life... was spending a lot of time with a really great girl, and things were going great. Then, I got to meet her family, and she totally changed on me! IT SUCKED! She got all caught up in the fact I make only a blue-collar living, and all of a sudden got very upity about my dreams of growing as an artist (I love working with wood). she actually was very rude about it, and I really felt put down by her and her mother. They had the balls to look down their noses at me, while they talked highly about her ex, AND they treated other abusive family members better than they treated me! sick, sick. sick! So, I'm a little gun-shy about looking for a relationship right now... meeting her family revealed some pretty sick family dynamics that apparently no one in her family (including her) is interested in changing.

I'm fairing very well, though. It was very eye-opening, and I'm not taking it all to heart. I only spent a few months with her, and I'm really grateful that it all was revealed NOW rather than LATER!
