Can U explain how it feels to become an addict with just a pill U think its okay to have your daily dose or more a day Soon they will take everything away I was an addict, thats your first step to admit its a habit with many regrets once your to the other side all the Happiness and Joy because U left it behind Never look back Knowing U made it just know having the addiction is the easy part Finding yourself again is the hardest task to take.

      Treatments

      Patience Working / Worked
Have alittle Patience.....You have to and everyone around u does to. I found that having patience gave me that extra step to quit and the strength in knowing I could. It made for a much better atmosphere especially all the questions one has, when will I quit hurting, when will I feel like eating?...etc..Patience is the key word in Recovery.
      Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
I tryed this method more then once. The first time I went she put me on Lexapro and Zantaxs, and my husband said I stayed zoned out all the time, so I quit and went back for a second trip and ended up missing my first session and didn't return. I'm not saying it wouldn't have helped I just didn't give the effort like I should have. When u have noone to talk to then yes this would highly be recommended.
      Talking Working / Worked
Talk to someone, Anyone, everyone. If we never discussed a problem then how do u know there is a problem. Talk to anyone that will listen to u. just make sure its a positive outlook, U don't need to be brought down any further then u already feel.
      Writing Working / Worked
Writing is a priceless Healer... I believe that everyone should keep a journal. I kept one thru out my Recovery and it soothed my soul. Especially when I couldn't express my deepest thoughts or feelings out in the open. It just relieves the mind to rid it off your chest in some shape or form.
      Reading Working / Worked
Knowledge is POWERFUL!!I recommend Narcotics Anonymous..It really helped me thru out my Recovery. I also surfed the web for any info I could find.
    • Open Infidelity

Hello Everyone. I guess u could say I am the wife with a gut feeling that I just can't seem to Shake off.... I've been with my husband for almost 10 years married for 3, we have 2 boys and this year I suspected him of cheating. I have no solid proof just things that don't add up and hes totally in denial? Am I crazy or is he cheating?
