Well sorry I haven't written in my journal for awhile. I try. I need to try a little harder, this is good mental health for me, surely I can't get too much of that!!!I go to the Dr. tomorrow,since i was there last 2 mos. ago I have manage to be better or more sleep, without the trazadone. But know I have been dealing with I believe Carpal Tunnel, the pain from my neck down my rt. arm to my fingers (numbness). And my right leg is giving problems from my lower back, from an old Injury. I'm falling apart...As far as my allergies go not to well, I get tired of taking meds for everything.Well I need to close for now!!! Cathy                                                 P.S. I don't have a scale, so I'll find out tomorrow if I have lost any weight.
