Hi Jen, Just want you to know that I've been thinking about you. My right hand that I use my mouse with is killing me. It hurts SOOOO bad. I was thinking how horrible it is to have this kind of pain in other parts of my body. I wouldn't be able to handle it. Hoping your pain level is low!

I have had psoriasis since i was sixteen i only had occasional flare ups until i was 28. i have not been free of it since It mainly affects my limbs i have just been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. I use aromatherapy to help and it does. It really gets better than comes back as soon as i stop treating it. i read an amazing book which described this disease as a leaky gut syndrome. It opened my eyes and i try to educate myself to help this condition,.
I was physically and emotionally abused as a child and in my second marriage. Some of the marriage issues are still hurting me but i am doing my best to stop them having any long lasting effect.
Throughout my life i have always looked for natural ways of helping any imballances in my body i am very interested in this topic.
