Thanks! Thinking of sending him a email... saying guess what I'm getting married! No more maintence! ( which is the law) Then wait until later and say Happy Anniversary! Just kidding! In Wi there is 6 month period after divorce until you remarry. It will be that on the 9 or 10th. The judge made a big point out of that in court and is on the record on line even like judge admonished parties to remarry clause for the record, and I said why and my lawyer said because he saw how charismatic you are and figured you might find someone, soon! Am thinking over that email!

I'm with you - I can't be buddies either. God what is wrong with them that they think they can rip our hearts out and we will be friends with them anyway. Pisses me off. I'm ok - Dawn put things in perspective by asking me how is he treating me - does he act like he wants to reconcile - the answer to that is no. So, I'm going to try and let go again of this sliver of hope and keep moving forward just as I have. Hugs to you. Stay strong - you are doing great. :)

you are so right---his calls have set me back and I'm afraid that seeing him would set me back even further. I talked to my kids about seeing him and none of them think I should. I'm going to take care of me and be very careful. Thanks for all the support you give not only to me but to everyone here---you are a very special and caring woman. I hope you have a wonderful Sat.!
