      i had fallen off the band wagon, gained 2-3 lbs back.  it sucked!  then i just got back into it. in the laste two weeks i lost 5-6 …

      Yeah i gained quite a bit too...i was down to 164 and got up as far as 172!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm now 169 (this morning) but i just loooooooooove junk food!!! it's sooooooooo hard to quit eating that stuff. After each meal i feel like "something" like i need something sweet...weird. I also find when i don't obsess over food too much i do better...drink lots of water and eat healthier foods..protein and veggies is what helps me...good luck to u :)

      Hey there....don't sweat over a lb...listen to this..i gained 7 lbs in a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! holy friggin shit!!!!!!!!!!!!! so yeah, one pound is nothing..well compared to me at least!!! hope today is a better day :)

      weight went up after a bad break up, just triing to get back to a healthy weight and lifestyle.

      Treatments

      Dancing Working / Worked
      dancing is fun, easy, doesn't even feel like work out!
      Eat Less Working / Worked
      little hard at first, then i couldn't eat as much, got full quicker, helps that i was eating food that was better for me also, good good fills you and leaves you satisfied longer.
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      i only watch tv while walking on my treadmill, work out at least 3 times a week, love yoga and turbojam! these work for me.
      Slim-Fast Somewhat Helpful
      worked at first but i hated it. if those shakes were my only option then i'd brather not eat at all. droped it.
