I am a mama through and through. I have 5 kids.... 4 boys and 1 girl. I believe in living life with love and humor and a passion for fun in all that I do.I am on an ever evolving journey and I am just not sure where I am going to end up from day to day..... I am hoping it will be somewhere deep in the woods without electricity... the sun will be all the light I shall need. The stars for my blanket and wildflowers for my bed.... but until then I suppose I will continue to have a smile on my face, love in my heart and the woods in my dreams.

I'm so sorry you are having so much trouble with the pain & getting to the end of your rope. You're right, we are all here to help each other. Good thing because we can help you tie the knot at the end of the rope to help you to hang on longer. Wish I could do more than offer gentle hugs. I am here, though any time you need to vent. I injured myself at work 4 years ago. I have had 5 back surgeries now but am electing to do no more. Two levels of my spine are fused with one more level fusing itself now. I work on managing daily life as best as I can... with a damn good attitude as well.
Treatments
- Ibuprofen Working / Worked
- Stretching Working / Worked
- I feel this to be one of the most usefull tools I have.
