Things got worse before they got better Mood
Thursday, May 8, 2008 | A Frustrating story

I stated this goal, but I didn't do anything about it. Of course, I kept my usual hiking schedule, but I also kept overeating. And candy continued to be an issue... until this week.

My weight actually ballooned all the way up to 153! Today it was back down to 149 (yeah, like that's down!), and seeing that I stated this goal at 147, I'm not so smug like I was this morning when I got on the scale and saw i had gone under 150 for the first time all week.
