    I am a happily married mother of 2 grown children. I enjoy taking care of my home, cooking, sharing meals with friends and family, reading, learning from others, hugs, sitting next to a fire, swimming, parks, and I love sunny days with cool breezes. I so miss sunny days.... I love to travel. I love going almost anywhere. I love being in my back yard, sitting in shade, easy hiking, picnics, bbq's, cooking, reading, and getting packages in the mail.

      i was diagnosed 8 years ago and just stopped working as an optical shop manager in August of 2007. If not for my wonderful family, worlds best friends,and excellent doctors I think I would have killed myself by now. I am blessed with the care of loving, kind, and intelligent people.

      60 mg of happiness and a trashed appetite

      love the heating pad and the electric blanket in cool rooms.

      My beloved gives me great whole body massages. He is great at finding the painful knots on my back, legs,and sometimes arms. He is almost a sleeping aid at the same time and makes me feel so much love.

    • Close Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

      I have chronic lower back pain and fibromyalgia. I take opiates for the pain and am on Cymbalta for the FMS. That has taken IBS to all new levels!

    • Open Pre-menstrual Syndrome (PMS)

      Since I have Fibromyalgia I have server PMS, something I never had as a girl or young woman.

    • Open Menopause

      I'm not at menopause just yet but I have terrible hot flashes and have developed PMS.

    • Open Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

      11 years of a dangerous controlling and very abusive husband left me with panic attack and flashbacks. But for 13 years I have been free from him!!
