I don't even know if this journal entry will be accepted. I'm so upset. I woke up from nightmares and went looking for someone to talk to. I dont understand

    Writing in a journal can really help...it just gets your thoughts 'out there', out of your mind, and onto the paper. Then you can go back and take just one item at a time, and think about what you "can do" vs. "what you can't do".
    One day, one moment, and one step at a time! Find joy today in the magic of what you see! Just that! ~ find the beauty in small things, and think about how lucky you are to be alive! that you can 'see'!!
