i began having chronic tension headaches/back pain about 5yrs ago. for 3yrs now i feel like im 80. im in pain everyday,somewhere,its getting so bad it effecting my normal everyday life.i began having major panic attacks after losing a baby this past summer.

it was very uncomfertable and i hated going so after a few months,2x a week i gave up

my old phyco thought i had ADD, all it did was make my heart race and i would freck out

Aqua Therapy Not Working

all this does is raise my blood pressure

if the pain is not that bad it's ok

Cymbalta Somewhat Helpful

tried it last yr for pain,seemed to help more than the effexer

Effexor Somewhat Helpful

taking for pain and panic attacks.helps the panic some what

Elavil Not Working

took for tension headaches. made me tired,fat, and stupid

Guaifenesin Working / Worked

it works for colds and chest congestion

Heat Somewhat Helpful

when im on it i get some relief but i cant lay on it all day

helps with anxiety but im so anxious about my pain i had to raise my dose.makes me slur
