About Me
40 years old with three boys work full time although off on sick leave at present. have a good family support which i could not cope without. probably try to hard at everything i do and beginning to realise my expectations of myself are too high.
Interests
Most spare time spent with kids. I have been practising Reiki for 10 years and a Master for 5 but due to health problems over last 2.5 years not been practising, In the near future looking to control anxiety, learn meditation, learn colour therapy and HAVE FUN AND NOT TAKE MYSELF SO SERIOUSLY. I have also gained a lot of weight during this period and will need to tackle this but at present its not my first priority

Happy phenomenal Phriday!!! What makes this Friday so phenomenal to you? For me, it's realizing what being in Dallas means... It means my freedom!!! And it's coming to terms with the fact that I am a likable person... okay, lovable... North Carolina showed me this love last month, and Z is showing me now... I am still trying to come to terms with it... I do however LOVE THE CONCEPT!!! It is a phenomenal feeling!!!

It's porkchop Tuesday... Z's still crackin the whip... I'm gonna bake some porkchops stuffed with boudin, maybe some smashed potatoes... and some kinda veggies. And for dessert, we havin left over birthday cake. Waitin to see when they gonna clear things enough to open the kids schools back up... Haven't really heard a bunch of nothin. have been suffering from anxiety / stress for about 5 years, past few months became unbearable and now had to leave work and is seriously affecting me on a daily basis with constant knot in my stomach and not sure what my actual fears are based on, had a mini stroke in january which has triggered off a really bad period for me but thankfull no other side effects from stroke and just waiting on final results to see what cause was - these are due mid APril.
Treatments
- Breathing Exercises Working / Worked
- works well in short spells - not much use when attack is in progress
- Valium Working / Worked
- doctor will no longer prescribe even though only had about 3 months of this drug, worked well
Close Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Treatments
- Weight Watchers Somewhat Helpful
- can work well but when anxiety is at high level no diet will work, over eating can also be a symptom of anxiety
- Xenical Somewhat Helpful
- can add to anxiety, would recommend no use of herbal or prescribed drugs as i've tried everything along this line and saw no real long term benefits
