Open Self-Injury
Ive been cutting for about 4 years now, but i havent done it since last January. I try to stop because it hurts my mom to see me do it but i just cant help it at times. It brings me relief.
Open Depression
I go through periods where I'm perfectly fine and then something will happen and I'll lock myself in my room and I wont come out for anything. I just fel like I'm losing control of my life and so I become depressed.
