today everything went back to normal my husband went back to work after 2 weeks off

the kids are back at school after 5 days off

and i am back in my normal routine. I walked the kids to and from school today thats 20minutes each way so i have done 1hr and 20 minutes of exercise my short term goal for this week is to walk at least an hour a day and drink at least 2 litres of water a day and also watch what i eat so far i have had a meal replacement for breakfast and for lunch. I weight in tommorrow i havent done that for 3 weeks i know i have gained weight in that time but i am determined to lose weight so this week i will behave and do what i should be doing. we will see what happens tommorrow
