well things are settling down now,i had my court case on monday,it was ajurned till 2june,talking about a curfew,which i have anyway with girls,they could fine me if they want £2 a wk,guess they won,t send me to prison because of kids,who knows,anyway i just have to take whats coming and move on hu

it strange how we have to change our pattern of thinking in order to start to get well then slowly thing start to go back to how they were,i found i was rushing around again,putting things in my day that don,t need to be there
