I only got about 4 hours sleep last night!!!!! When this happens I get irritated and have mood swings!! I think the cause maybe because I take my panic attack medicine(Effexor) at night!! Maybe I'll try changing it for eariler in the day. I hope this helps!! I cant take much of this feeling!! Its been going on for a while and the most sleep I can usually get at night is 4 to 6 hours!! I feel like I need more!!!Comments

I didn't sleep well last night and I kept getting hot-maybe it's form thte effexor that my doctor uped the dose on.
Hi hon, I take my effexor in the morning and at dinner. Maybe the doctor can give you something to help you sleep at night. I take seroquel, it really helps to make me sleep othewise I would up all night. Good luck and I hope you feel much better. hugs Maggie
