Back on track
Tomorrow is weigh day and Im a little nervous this week. Alot of my friends say they can tell I m losing a few pounds …
I was really nervous this morning because I had to sub at another store that I usually dont work at!! Started my morning with a 100 calorie kellogs bar. Family lunch I had a 1/2 club sand with honey mustard and chicken harvest soup and a couple of chips and salsa!! For dinner I had 3 slices of pepperoni/sausage pizza. No snacks all day so I do feel a little hungry right now!! Blood pressure was extremly high this morn at first but I think it was the stress of going to the new store!! At 9:15am was 154/104 at 9:30am was 144/81 maybe the first one wasnt accurate!! I dont know. At 10pm was 143/71! Pretty good. For late snack I had a bowl of froot loops.

Hi, I just read your post and I was wondering if you were diabetic? It seems that your conversation was about food and anxiety so I'm assuming that you are food conscious. If you are, (YOU HAD 3 SLICES OF PIZZA!)If you can have that much pizza I want to be on your diet! You Rock!
