After a weeks break Mood
Monday, May 5, 2008 | A General Update story
LaughingOkay Nene is back in the house!! After a bad week Im starting off on the right foot!! Bad news is last week after my horrible weekCry I gained 1 pound but hay its okay!! Im back on it now!! Had a very positive talk with my boss Kim last night I hope we are on the right track to mending our working relationship!! I feel so much better today!! Blood pressure this morning at 10:00am was 138/79. Had a bowl of fiber one cereal this morning!! For lunch I had a turkey sand. pork n beans and yougart. Blood pressure at 12:30pm was 154/84.For dinner had a griled chicen sand, pork n beans, and some watermelon. Snacks were banana ,mandarin oranges,. I was still hungry when I got off work I was still hungry so i had a turkey sand and some pretzels. Water all day!!
