Well its Monday and weigh in day!!  This week I lost another 6 pounds!! SurprisedWinkBlood pressure this morning at 9:45 am was 136/86. Started today with a bowl of strawberry shredded wheat!! Just finished my 1 mile walk away the pounds!! Working out feels good!!Smile For lunch I had a ham and cheese sand.,baked potato with FF sour cream and salsa. and some peaches. Water to drink!! Blood pressure at 1 pm was 138/87. For snack I had a banana. For dinner I had a grilled chicken sand. and a couple peices of popcorn chicken with bbq sauce.Blood pressure at 7pm was 120/74and at midnight it was 122/74.
