Mood: Good.
Thinking: Clear.
Energy: Moderate. Needed mid-day nap.
Blood Sugar: 143 AM fasting.
Exercise: Walk around short block with hubby and dog; walk to and from high school for concert.
Diet: Had a better day yesterday. Ate a good breakfast, too-much carbs in lunch, good snack, good dinner--but stayed up late talking to daughter on phone and had three more snacks than I needed.
Best Meal: Brown rice, baked chicken, Asian veggies, soy cheese.
Sleep: 9 hours last night. In fact, haven't been writing in my journal or checking this website because I've been going to bed much earlier. (Improvement in mood, energy, etc.) I've had to go to bed early so I can get up early to watch my doofy non-housebroken dog. It's like having a toddler in the house--no sleep unless the kid is in his crib. (The dog's crate is in the spot where my last baby's crib used to be 7 years ago.) Fortunately, with the dog, I only have to feed her twice a day and I can let her outside to play in our fenced back yard by herself.
Well, I am going to be short on sleep tonight. I'd better get to bed.
