Busy, busy, busy.... Mood

I've been running around like a chicken with my head cut off...Wow..have I been busy....a good busy too:)

I FINALLY got my new van on Friday. Ive been to the tire place and the DMV and now, it has brand spanking new tires and plates. I love my van.

I've also have been to ump-teen different places looking for new furniture. Every time I pick a set out, I go to the next place and find something I like better. Ugh! I still havent made up my mind, but I have a pretty good idea of which set I'll get.

Last Saturday Mike & I took Jack and went to a community wide rummage sale. Block after block of sales. It was fantastic. I'm, a sucker for yard sales and other peoples crap. I was surprised at how well I was able to keep up, walking all day. It felt good to get out there. I found a terrific deal on books for my sister. She's an avid reader and one of her favorites is Stephen King. I got over 20 hard cover books for her for 2 bucks a piece. DEAL! She almost cried when I gave them to her. There is another "town" sale this weekend. I'm going again. It seems every weekend, another town does this. Its fun. I love JUNK!

Mother's Day went off without a hitch. We took Mike's Mom out to brunch and also met up with his sister. It was a fun day. We did some shopping afterwards and I bought myself some frames from Costco. I'm printing pictures of the kids etc, in black & white, and Im framing them in these new black 3 demensional frames. They look cool and will fit well in my "new" living room.

I've been struggling with my PC for the past few days. I had a virus, even though my security was fully operational. My "computer dude" finally had time to come and fix it last night...Everything seems to be running smoothly now.....Knock on wood. No really..knock damnit!...hehe

So..that's it. Ive just been really busy. Ive been cleaning the house, babysitting my sister's kids, and running to the doctor. I've also been dealing with a cranky, opinionated, sassy Mr. Jack who just told me today "You're not my friend anymore....I dont like you".......so much for the Mother's Day love hey?

I'm sorry if I missed anything major in your lives. I'll try like hell to catch up.

Still waiting for my oral appointment! Glad you are happy with the books; I just gave a way three boxes of books to the hospital....no one seemed to want them; mostly Kellerman, Cook, King, etc. ya should have told me. I thought you were just a cookbook freak!
love ya anyhow; tell my Jackster that the next time he spouts off to his Mumah, Tractor Jim is going to drive all the way there and paddle his little butt till it glows cherry red!
