I am 37 years old and have lost 180lbs with the help of gastric bypass. I am gaining weight back and need help staying on track.
Treatments
- Gastric Bypass Surgery Working / Worked
- worked well, but is hard work and you need to deal with your food issues before you have this surgery.
- LA Weight Loss Working / Worked
- lost 50 lbs but gained it back as soon as I left the program. Also was exspensive.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I loved it but went on vacation then never went back.
- Weight Watchers Somewhat Helpful
- it was ok
Open Sexual Abuse
Was sexualy abused when I was four years old then abused by my husband when I was 19. I am now 37 and am no dealing with emotions that have never surfaced before.
