Just a few months since a tumor was suspected, now confirmed along with the acromegaly, by IGF1 levels way out of range. There are so many things that have plagued me over the years that can relate back to it: sleep apnea, extremely increased shoe & ring sizes, enlarged heart, facial changes, recent diabetes and multiple cartilage problems. I am hopeful that the endocrinologist was right when she said I'll be a new woman when we get this under control.
