Well, just LOOK at that wonderful happy face, I am so glad you are doing so well, Gwen! I hope that things continue going so well and will look forward to hearing from you again after all the craziness settles down. That's exciting about you're studying for that management promotion, my fingers are crossed for you! Tony Snow was a fellow who had worked for that awful Bush adminstration in the White House (thank GOD we are getting rid of them in less than a year!), but he was also on TV news too. You probably would have never seen him in the UK because he dealt mainly with the American press. Anyway, love to you, thanks for popping in with the update. YOU LOOK GREAT!

Ive had MS for a year, starting on Copaxone in 2 weeks, I work full time. I am always stressed out as my partner has a drinking problem. I love him dearly, but balancing work, ms and him is draining me.
My name is Gwen, my partner had been an alcoholic for 8 years. I have supported him through 3 detox's. He is back working full time but makes up for the drink during the evenings and weekends. I am teetotal so will never understand what he is going through or how he feels. Last year i was diagnosed with MS. I still work full time and my illness and work drain my strength... and so does he!!! Joining this group hopefully will give me an insight to a better under standing of my partner.
