Close Glaucoma
In Jan '07, I was reffered by an eye specialist (because of loss of periferral vision)to an eye Dr that could test for glaucoma. My pressures were 20L and 24R. I could not face the thought of eye drops for life due the the expense, ($20,000 with no insurance) and all the usual phobias. Four months later, the same Dr tested me and my pressures were 14 & 14. My periferral vision is back to normal and the light sensitivity is gone. I have never used the eye drops.
Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
I have been overweight since third grade. I have lost 25 pounds this year. Unfortuately I found all again. I have probably lost 400 pounds in my lifetime and the best thing I can say about dieting is that I am 20lbs below my highest weight of 215 lbs. Currently I am only trying to eat better foods and smaller portions.

- Lost, gained it back, at least I didn't stay on it long enough to cause diabetes.

Open Lupus
My neighbor has lupus and is not doing well on new medications.
Open Asthma
My mother has asthma late in life. My sister-in-law died from it when her doctor gave her Darvon. Her daughter and 1(of 2) sons have asthma. My step mother had it and died taking more medicines than she could tote anymore.
Open Cataracts
I cured glaucoma in 3 weeks. The cataract cure is very similar.
