I have been a problem drinker for as long as i can remember, and became a heavy and daily drinker 15 months ago. Desperately trying to stop, its an awful addiction. Want to help others and to be helped.

I have been a problem drinker all my teenage/adult life, although i didnt know it. Alcohol has determined most of my life decisions and my relationships with other people. Started drinking a bottle of vodka a day 16 months ago, secretly, when someone i lived with told me to stop drinking, it was then i realised i was an alcoholic. Struggling to give up drink, but craving for the will to do so.
