    • Close Sleep Apnea

      Diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea 2 years ago. Blew it off. It started getting worse (ie. falling asleep at work). Currently on an auto-CPAP for a month.

      Treatments

      CPAP Working / Worked
      Tough to get used to, especially since I have claustrophobia. But there's no denying the results. No more dry mouth & eyes in morning.
      Lose Weight Working / Worked
      working on it. I'm not obese, I'm just a really big guy 6 foot 4 inches, 160lbs. Need to loose about 40lbs, but I have a large muscular frame, I'll never be the "ideal" 190lbs as dictated by BMI tests.
