Served in the usmc 1994-98 w/ the 3/1 and was involved in the serb/bosnian conflicts.Came home,found depression & drank alot.Now have diabetes & trying to take care of myself now.

I was depressed and drank heavily when i was discharged from the military and ended up over the years gaining weight & drinking heavy,i just found out 4 mnths ago i have diabetes & im intrested to talk to people who understand our situation.

Served in the corps from 94 to 98 and involved in bosnia/kosovo campains. Joined this group to get input on others and maybe learn something about my issues.
