Close Self-Injury
Started Cutting a year ago. I was forced to stop, and now I feel terrible.

- Talking Somewhat Helpful
- People never comforted, they all just said to get help.
Close Depression - Teen
I am just depressed, and I don't know why.
Treatments
- Music Not Working
- Music to "help" me makes me feel worse, It makes it seem like its very common and that other people are more important.
- Talking Not Working
- After trying to talk, all I ever hear is that i need to go to a doctor.
- Writing Working / Worked
- Talking to a piece of paper. At least it doesn't talk back saying you should go to the doctor.
