About Me
laid off from my job for a few months now, currently looking for another, my boyfriend Vince and I are looking for a house and we had to put down our dog Laddie, yesterday, March 17th, she was a German Shepherd/Black Lab mix, she would have been 8 on August 10th, am finding it very difficult right now and am looking to talk to other people who have gone through the same thing. Am looking to make new friends and just talk. I love to cook, bake, read, all sorts of things, even try new things...

Las Vegas is a blast. Have you been there before. My husband and I went about 7 years ago. Saw some wonderful shows. We aren't gamblers but did alittle 21. Hope you have a much needed rest. Congratulations on the new job. Starting a new job is always hard. I pray that it goes well. I accomplished my dream and finished the rough draft of my book. I have another 5 or 6 months of rewriting and editing but the big hurddle has been accomplished. Praise God. Still have alot of pain but it's getting better everyday. Nice to hear from you and again have a great vacation God Bless

Sorry to be sending you very belated birthday good wishes, I hope you had a lovely day and that all is going well with you and Vince. I'm going to be celebrating my 71st birthday on Thursday this week and on Saturday we had been married for 47 years, Friday was also the 590th Anniversary of becoming engaged. Not bad Eh? August is a busy Anniversary month for Terry and I., most teachers get married in the summer month because of the longer holidays. We had good news this morning, our eldest grand-daughter(will be 17 in October) got the results of her Higher Leaving School Certificate and its all A passes. This means she will be able to go to university to study her chosen subject of law. However she still intends going back to school for a sixth year of secondary education and intends doing Advanced Highers in several subjects but at least the pressure is off for now. Happy belated birthday, sorry I cannot be there to give you the flowers in person..

Hope all is well with you, we returned from a very relaxing holiday in Cyprus in the early hours of Monday morning and have been catching up ever since. The temperatures were in the 100s so we were very lazy. I was in hospital for tests and endoscopy yesterday so just waiting now for results now -- its all go!! How's the job hunt going?
