Glad to hear you are eating. Food really is an important equalizer and such a good leveler for our moods. Just a little something every 5-6 hours if you can do it is something that sure has helped me -- though I am on my Liquid Thang. Trying to lose the 30 pounds lithium dumped on me.
Looks like you are feeling OK -- and that is great. I'm here if you need me (so far, packing does not have me offline as much as I thought I would be; of course, I still have a lot to do that probably won't get done until crunch time at the end!).
