Close Dyslexia
My 8 year old has been diagnosed with severe dyslexia. We've tried a number of programs but nothing has worked well.
Treatments
- Vision Therapy Not Working
- spent 9 months and $6K.
Open Food Allergies
Type of allergy: Other FoodsMy one son has several food allergies and I am now exploring the possibility that he has a candida problem. It is a consuming thing for me - almost impossible to eat out or eat prepared food of any type, and shopping at a regular grocery store is useless.
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- This works in that his behavior and other symptoms are better, but still he is very moody and gets rashes now and then. Recently starting eating a lot more meat and that seems to help him significantly. But it has to be organic.
