Thank you Jane, it did. The acupuncture and vitamins help quite a bit. I'm doing way better than when I first started the treatments. I hope you have a good day today. Love, Sandi

 Miscarriage
I had long thought I was infertile (no test or anything) and became pregnant accidentally at 41, but then lost the baby before I hit 3 months. My miscarriage was on Labor Day, which I find very ironic. The experience was horrible and traumatic. I keep thinking I'm over it, but then the baby's due date was this month (St. Patty's Day), which just passed. I wonder if you ever get over it? Also, the father of the baby and I broke up because he could not understand my grief, though he tried.
Treatments
 Grief Counseling (Working / Worked)
I've gone to one grief group at Hospice and will be joining one through a local church.
 Psychotherapy (Working / Worked)
Very helpful, I can't do this alone. I started going after the miscarriage and found the developed relationship to be incredibly helpful when the month of my due date hit, along with a new deeper level of grief.
Reiki for Grief (Working / Worked)
My PCP recommended seeing a Reiki Master to address unresolved grief. I had an amazingly healing session.

 Codependency
I am a daughter of a recovering alcoholic. I am also an alcoholic in recovery, but probably "sicker" in my control issues, which I constantly need to surrender.
Treatments
 CoDA (Working / Worked)
I used to belong to CODA years ago, but we don't have a meeting where I live now.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) (Working / Worked)
I love tapping.com!

Treatments
 Acupuncture (Too Soon To Tell)
I had my first appt. I am also getting treatment for a sore shoulder and it feels more sore now, which they predicted would happen at first.
 Ativan (Not Working)
This drug is so not cool, esp. since I'm recovering. It seems instantly addictive and creates rebound anxiety.
 Inderal (Working / Worked)
I just got an RX to try this Beta Blocker. I'll let you know! No side effects, and reduced anxiety. Still working.
 Lexapro (Somewhat Helpful)
I took this for a while, but didn't think it was awesome; tho it's supposed to be good for anxiety.
 Zoloft (Somewhat Helpful)
This worked for me for years. But recently I couldn't get back on it due to side effects and changes in my hormones from miscarriage.
