- When I think about mom I start doing a lot of cleaning or I go for a long walk.

- Thinking of mom I take and put in her favorite music.

Been separated for a while, then deciding to go forward with a divorce, the judge should sign the papers this week.

- Escaping to the mountains or to the horse ranch to think things over.

- When I am really frustrated then I find music does have a calming effect, the nights I cant sleep I turn on the stereo.

Open Panic Attacks
I get them ,I hate them ,wish they would find the perfect " cure " for these goofy things.. they can really raise hell on ones life.

- It has its moments , I hate taking it any more often than I absolutely half to.

- Right now I am just waiting for him to get better.
